As an organisation, we stand alongside our First Nations practitioners, colleagues, family, and friends, acknowledging that this day marks a time of mourning for them.
While we celebrate our identity as an Australian organisation, we also recognise and appreciate the diversity that defines Australia. It's imperative to acknowledge the challenges our First Nations people face, including overrepresentation in justice and child protection systems, misrepresentation in social and political spheres, and under-representation in everyday Australian life.
We deeply respect, admire, and value their enduring contribution as the world's oldest living culture. We proudly stand beside them today on January 26th, as we do every day.
